Each package comes with two different color rubber tires, one of which will already be on the rim. These wheels are fragile and changing the tires can cause damage to the hub and spokes if you are not careful. By holding only the edge of the rim, you can easily remove the tire, but installing a different tire is more difficult.

Here’s what we recommend: carefully roll the tire off the rim with your fingers. Soak the new tire in any petroleum based liquid for five to ten minutes. Since the tires are rubber, they will expand. Remove the tire from the liquid, dry off all excess fluid, and gently place it over the rim. In about 20 to 30 minutes, the tire will shrink back to its original size.

You now have a new color wheel assembly.
